He would have a strong defence in that he thought the guy was about to attack him so deemed a preemptive strike was necessary.
I cant see a jury in the land convicting him if it got that far.
As a rule boxers & ed boxers are dealt wirh more severely by the judiciary as there hands are deemed lethal weapons.
